What this site knows about you.

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, tracking pixels, session recording or advertising scripts. Nothing follows you between pages, and nothing follows you off the site. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

The site is hosted by Vercel. Like every web server, Vercel records ordinary request logs — your IP address, browser and operating system, the page requested, and the time. These logs exist to serve the site and to spot abuse, are held by Vercel under its own retention policy, and are not used to identify individual readers.

The typefaces come from Google Fonts. Your browser requests them directly from Google, which means Google receives your IP address and browser details as part of that request. No font request carries anything about which page you are reading.

The booking form asks for your name, email address, organisation, the date and format you have in mind, and a short description of the engagement, with an optional newsletter opt-in.

What you submit is recorded in a private Notion database that only JB can see, and a copy is emailed to him through Resend so he sees it promptly. Those two — Notion and Resend — are the only processors your enquiry passes through. It is not added to an advertising audience, not enriched against any third-party dataset, and not sold.

Enquiries are kept while they are useful: an active booking thread stays readable through the engagement and for a reasonable period after, and anything that goes nowhere is cleared out. You can ask for yours to be deleted at any time — write to jb@insightdriven.business.

Both newsletters are published and hosted by Substack. Subscribing happens on Substack's own pages, not here, and your email address is held by Substack under its privacy policy rather than by this site. Unsubscribe links appear on every issue.

You can ask what correspondence is held about you, ask for it to be deleted, or unsubscribe from either newsletter at any time. Write to jb@insightdriven.business and it will be handled.

If this policy changes in a way that affects what is collected, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
